and low combustible loading, convention centers add the challenge
of warehouse-like fire exposures. On top of thousands of visitors
in the same room. Convention centers demands the best in both
exit and fire control systems. |

amazing 4 million square foot expansion, valued at $900 million was the platform for
FP&C Consultants' efforts which included a complete replacement
of the 4.5 million square foot fire alarm, sprinklers in approximately
1,000,000 square feet of expansion & renovation, exit studies
and an innovative smoke exhaust approach to a 100 foot tall entry
pavilion. Design is complete and awaiting construction to begin
- all while remaining open. |

sprinkler head layouts, hydraulic calculations, fire alarm design,
atrium smoke exhaust and exit analysis were multiple challenges enjoyed by our staff
on this signature international project. |
