President
As President and Founder, Frank
manages our company's business end as well as practicing fire
protection engineering. Frank leads the successful team at the
Indianapolis Office. Guiding the firm through 25 years of continuing
growth and prosperity, he also has contributed to the technical
NFPA 72 Fire Alarm Code. Currently focusing on health care fire
and life safety issues, he mentors young engineers on their way
to excellence.

PAUL
J. VILLOTTI, P.E.
Vice President
Paul is the Vice President
and manager of the Kansas City Office.
With a wide variety of experience
and multiple roles in fire protection, Paul currently leads the
Code Consulting group. Focusing on world class sports facilities
has allowed him to use a wide array of fire protection design
tools to address the complex exiting, smoke exhaust and fire
protection design issues necessary to ensure safety for hundreds
and thousands of fans.

C. BIRCHLER, P.E.
Leader of the Design
Team and Co-Founder of the Kansas City Office, Don's 20+ years
experience is only outdone by his contribution to fire protection
design in the power industry.
Sitting on the NFPA
850 (non-nuclear power generating committee), NFPA 101 and NFPA
5000, he has taken his talents overseas providing fire protection
design in the Middle East.

Beth's unsurpassed experience
in hospital design offers the community trustworthy solutions
in an extremely delicate industry. She also participates in FSES
surveys and insurance surveys. Her experience as an Industrial
Risk Specialist makes her a valuable asset to industrial clients.

running by performing design and construction administration
of fire suppression and alarm systems, specification writing

Bethany's architectural degree
and background compliment the engineering mindset in the office.
Active in all aspects of the code consulting group, she has proven
code enforcement experience that allows her to communicate with
building officials effectively and with understanding.

BEN
LAXTON
Throughout his career as a
United States Marine, Ben has been in a variety of technical
roles where he was responsible for code compliance. As an artillery
consultant, he was in charge of briefing his clients on safety
issues by applying his knowledge and research of policies and
procedures. As an FP&C Project Manager, Ben plays a key role
in firm operations and management, establishing and managing
key strategies, and leading overall project planning efforts.

Carla's background in industrial
fire protection is an asset to our growing team. She brings with
her knowledge and experience of hazardous material processing
and industrial safety practices in today's manufacturing environment.
FP&C benefits from Carla's hands on experience with fire
protection systems which enables her to thoroughly advise our
clients on the safest design/build standards.

SHERIDAN
Josh is a key player in the
design team. Josh worked as an installer and a designer for both
fire alarm and fire sprinkler contractors. That experience, combined
with his current role allows him to understand all aspects of
a project. His superior knowledge and understanding of fire suppression
and fire alarm design allows him to design dependable and financially
sensible solutions for all building types.
